~Please, Please, Please.....don't up and cancel on me at the last minute.  Remember I usually have a list of people I can call to fill the space you leave empty. 

~Please give us at least 24 hrs. advanced warning you are cancelling.  Sure we understand  that occasionally advance warning is difficult.  Please don't be offended if we turn you away if you continually fail to show up for appointments.  In some cases a cash advance payment will be required to make another appointment.

~After a client's initial permanent makeup session one touch-up is free.  However if the client waits longer than 6mths for the touch-up the session will cost $250.00.

~If a patient has bought a package of laser hair removal and they fail to cancel within 24 of the appt., they forfeit the scheduled appointment. 

~If a patient who has bought a laser hair removal package comes into the appt with a tan or is on antibotics and we cannot do the treatment, they forfeit the appointment.
